A Study On The Risk Of Only Childer Family In China

It has become an international phenomenon that there is only one child in a family. Nowadays, number of the only-one child, who has become the main stream of the society, is increasing. These only-one children are closely connected with family happy and social harmony,not only to individual, family or society, it is also very important to study the risk of one-child family.One-child policy has played an important role in the control of over-speeded increasing of population in our country, but the high risk of family is an obvious fact.The article is to explore the staus of the risk of one-child family, summarize the main achievement and experience of studies on only-one-child in recent years,and identify the challenges and opportunities we are facing.The author had used documents, interviewed special individuals and studied poliies, then the author analysed various kinds of risk of family, society and national defence, caused by the increasing number of only-one child, revealed the dasic character that the one-child family is fragile with risks, also revealed the reason and harm of one-child family. At the same time, according to the facts, pointed out originally that we should perfect our birth control policy and social policy, using modern new high-tech sufficiently to meet the risk of one-child family, via financial transfer and new kinds of insurance, developing productivity, setting up new mechanism and services foy aged people.
