Analysis To Training Secondary Vocational School Teachers For Professionalization

Teachers play a crucial role in the process of rapid development of China's Secondary vocational education. The professionalization of teachers has become a priority issue in the field of secondary vocational education. The process of professionalization of teachers is affected by many factors, and training is an essential way to promote the professionalization of teachers.Aimed at the questions of promoting professionalization in the training of teachers looks in the ascendant, but it exists some drawbacks. So, in this paper, combining theoretical study and practice of investigation, the author analysis how to reform the professionalization training for teachers to adapt to the growing demand for vocational education and to meet the aspirations of teachers'professionalization.In the first chapter of the paper, the author defines the important concept related to the professionalization training of teachers, and proposes the methodology of this study. In the second chapter, pointing out the importance of teacher professionalization and its basic elements from the theory, and also putting forward that training plays an important role in teacher professionalization. In the third chapter, according to the survey results will fancy the status of teacher professionalization training; In the fourth chapter, analyzed the main problem in the professionalization training of teachers on the current; In Chapterâ…¤, with the theoretical study and analysis of the current status of the above mentioned chapters, proposed solutions to reform the current status of teachers in professionalization training.Through the research, this paper argues that attention should be paid on the reform for professionalization training's mechanism and improve related policies, build a reasonable training system, develop a suitable professionalization training package, etc., in order to contribute to the training of teachers in secondary vocational education and helpful to their professionalization.
