Research On The Problem And Solution To Arts School Education For Ideological And Political Theory

Ideological and political education is the important attribute of higher education socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also the major way of the college ideological and political education, it hold an important role in cultivating college students. With the rapid development of the society, the ideological and political education is facing both the advantages and the serious challenges. Facing the new situation, our Party and country gave the precise directives about how to improve the ideological and political education. Art college take on cultivating the artistically talented people with firm belief in socialism and socialist orientation. It is meaningful to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education according to the features of art colleges. This paper does research according to Shandong College of Art, puts forward some targeted and systematic countermeasures based on the problems in art college.This paper mainly use literature methodology,questionnaire method,the method of interviewing,the method of experience summarization and so on. It explains the important meaning of ideological and political education in art college, analyses the disadvantages and the problems in teaching practice. It also takes countermeasures and advices to enhance our awareness and unify our minds, to foster right educational ideal, to strengthen leadership and management, to strengthen the building of teachers' contingent, to better the courses system, to improve teaching content, to take multiple methods and to improve and perfect the objective and fair evaluation mechanism.
