The main purpose of this study was to explore how the high schools teachers shared lesson preparation, using action research manner. Carried out by a middle school in Anhui shared lesson preparation action in that case to explore the design, implementation, teachers shared lesson planning process, and understand the implementation process faced difficulties and problems, explore problem-solving strategies and ways to further understand the teachers shared lesson preparation activities, feelings.Course of the study, through shared lesson planning basic theory knowledge-sharing with teachers, teacher preparation work combing the relevant literature in order to The teachers shared lesson planning as a design program of the theoretical basis; through existing teacher preparation programs at home and abroad to learn to design this shared lesson preparation program of activities; By working with tutors, teachers, students of communication to modify the shared lesson preparation programs; through further implementation of the re-adjustment program content.In the paper,first of all, in the introductory part of the proposition of the times, the practice of confusion, three areas inspired the theory of research problems;Secondly, in the first chapter describes the definition of shared lesson planning system, in essence; second chapter preparing lessons from the shared function of the system level to analyze the implementation of its necessity; third chapter further clarify the content of shared lesson planning system; fourth chapter under the action research program began to develop shared lesson planning system implementation plan, through observation, reflection, and then modified the system to gradually improve the shared lesson planning; concludes shared lesson planning system, and security conditions including the realization of the conditions should pay attention to the problem and a series of supporting system and so on. the use of records, analysis of shared lesson planning program implementation process, ways to show the difficulties encountered in the implementation and problems, as well as strategies and methods used. Shared lesson planning activities through the analysis of feedback form to discuss the participation in the activities of the object on the shared feeling of preparing lessons. Through participation in the activities of study and a single object-lesson preparation and self-exploration in materials analysis to demonstrate the involvement of participating objects. Study found that teachers shared lesson planning activities in the deep interest in the function of preparing lessons for the shared, teachers are more concerned about the shared lesson planning activities, providing them with an in-depth attention, think about their own opportunities. On the other hand, in the course of the study, the researchers I am preparing lessons shared understanding of also changed the theory and practice of literacy have been improved, a new theory into practice grasp. Finally, given this study found that the follow-up of researchers and practitioners a number of recommendations.
