As the smallest teachers group in the school,Lesson Planning Group plays an important role in enhancing teaching quality,and promoting teachers' professional development by carrying out varieties of teaching research activities.However,what is the present construction situation of the lesson planning group? Does it realize its value? It is still needs investigating.By studying the relevant literature of the teachers' professional learning community both in domestic and abroad,the author summarize four construction elements to construct the teachers' professional learning community(shared value vision?group construction?group activities and supportive conditions),as well as three characteristics(equality,sharing and cooperation).Basing on the four elements,and combining the connotation of the lesson planning group,the author believes the construction of the lesson planning group under the guidance of the teacher's learning community needs to meet the requirements and includes four construction elements as the teachers' learning community does.Based on the above dimensions,the author adopts self-compiled questionnaire to investigate the teachers(majoring in English,Chinese and Mathematics)in senior high school in C city in Ningbo.Through the investigation and data analysis,the author concludes the lesson planning group has not met the requirements and has not been a real teachers' learning community.Following are some existing problems in the construction of the lesson planning group: the lesson planning group lacks shared value vision and few teachers participate in value vision making;Lesson planning group leader have a good command of teaching skills and are of high responsibilities,but lacks the art of leadership;The activities of the lesson planning group are highly biased,focusing only on teaching and ignoring researching;The inspection of activities exists but is a mere form;The evaluation system and motivation mechanism is unreasonable.The supporting conditions provided by schools and teaching and research offices do not meet teacher's needs,and lacks pertinence.In view of the problems mentioned above,the author believes teachers learning community can be a new way to guide the construction of lesson planning group,and puts forward the following suggestions under the guidance of Teachers' Professional Learning Community: Jointly participate in the establishment of vision and build the Shared vision of value;selects excellent group leader;Carry out teaching and research activities in various forms and attach importance to subject research;establish and improve the developmental evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism;strengthen exchanges between schools.
