Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is China's oldest ethnic minority autonomous regions. In the 60 years of development, basic education in Inner Mongolia made great achievements, however, to a new historical period, as China's market economy and the gradual establishment of "western development" strategy fully implemented, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region both systems of education as a whole, or the content of education system on the face to further improve and update issues. Particularly in modern society and the rapid development of modern economy, the dramatic explosion of knowledge, the impact of changes in the world to accelerate the development trend for the development of basic education in Inner Mongolia has set new challenges. Inner contradictions of basic education in the old case of not yet fully resolved, but also facing modern society, modern economy, knowledge integration and new mission needs. The new challenges and new mission is not only a test of basic education development in Inner Mongolia, but also for the development of basic education opportunities. Therefore, the correct understanding of basic education in Inner supply mechanism in the main issues and challenges facing, reveals its inherent law of development of basic education on the active self-development, promote regional sustainable development of basic education has a certain significance. From the starting point of public goods, in-depth analysis of the basic education of the public good attributes and characteristics, combined with the concept of human capital, and characteristics of the study pointed out the importance of basic education, the government supply. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through basic education and government supply situation analysis, Inner Mongolia, the supply of basic education, the existence of government funding shortage, the supply is not fair, irrational investment structure, the Government's rights of finance and asymmetric problems. And from the social system, government supply model, education policy, government functions point of view, revealing the Inner Mongolia government supply basic education there is the problem. Attempt to cause more problems and analysis, from a large range of national considerations and local conditions, proposed the government to solve the supply of basic education in Inner Mongolia problems and specific ways and measures.This paper argues that Inner Mongolia regional government should increase financial input for basic education, improve the efficiency of education funding, continue to increase financial transfer payments, and broaden the financing channels, and constantly improve basic education in our supply model, but also the basis of this, further speeding up the internal structure of education, investment in education restructuring, phasing out key schools to ensure a fair elementary education. Only in this way, Inner Mongolia basic education could maintain a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
