Self-concept objectively determines its role in behavioral regulation and orientation. All the external factors are involved in self-concept structure only after validation of self-worth system, becoming Integral component of self-concept, which may be truly converted to the internal personal qualities.Self-concept is the important part of self-awareness; it reflects the self-awareness or even the high and low level of development of self-awareness, which has the profound impact of self-experience and self-regulation. There are arguments that self-concept is the overall awareness of the individual's own characteristics, attitudes and values, the balanced individual has significant meaning to the development of young peoples. In this study, 386 three grades of college students of Han and Mongolian from Sports Institute of Physical Education in Inner Mongolia Nationalities University volunteer to involve in this study, which intends to study the self-concept of developing characteristics of Han students major in physical education and the factors influencing self-development in real case teaching, and offer efficient advices for education through the study of effects affecting the factors. It aims to provide beneficial help for improving and cultivating overall qualities of college students major in physical education.The study results as follow:(1) Self-concept of college students of Han and Mongolia major in physical education lies in the moderate level.(2) Self-concept of college students of Han and Mongolia major in physical education doesn't exist in different ethnic groups. There are differences among three factors of study, ambition, maturity.(3) Self-concept of college students of Han and Mongolia major in physical education doesn't exist in different sex. The internal factors of boys and girls of Han and Mongolia develop in different ways.(4) Self-concept of college students of Han and Mongolia major in physical education exist in different grades. The scores of Mongolia college students increase along with higher grades and form"V"increasing mode. The developing level exists differences in Han and Mongolia nationalities.(5) Self-concept of college students of Han and Mongolia majoring in physical education exist in differences in Mongolia students, but not Han students. The cities Mongolian students living in Farming and pastoral areas, the counties Han students living in > cities > Farming and pastoral areas. The different developing level of self-concept exists in students from Han and Mongolia regions.(6) all these factors tasted has a very positive correlation with self-concept, Regression analysis shows that all the factors influence self-concept, the explanation of the effect reach 82.8%.
