The generation of each new technology may lead to a boom of its application to the teaching and a profound impact on education. Educational Technology is a bridge connecting technology and teaching which can serve the teaching process better, improve the teaching process, promote teaching efficiency and facilitate reform of teaching. Elementary and secondary school's teachers often come from Normal Major school, whose educational ability will directly affect the future of education, so it is very important to cultivate Normal Major students'ET capability. The only method to evaluate the conscious and attitude of Normal Major students towards the application of educational technology and the level of the utilization of the theory and skill of educational thchnology is practice, so it is only feasible to investigate Normal Major students'ability of educational technology in the educational inernship. Therefore ,the object of this article are normal professional interns.Firstly, this article investigate the problems lie in educational technology ability of national nomal major students. the method is questionnaire and research methods in literature reading, which investigate the present situation of the educational technology ability of national nomal major students and its cultivation respectively. This article deduces the insufficence revealed through the cultivate process of nomal major students'educational technology ability, such as the lack of the consciousness of educational technology application, the ability to use teaching media, search and construc ability towards information resource and the the ability to instructional design, etc. Obviously, it is very pressing that there are marked problems consisted in nomal major students'educational technology ability and it is immenent to reform the cultivation.Secondly, on the basis of investigation results ,this article analysises the feasibility to cultivate nomal major students'educational technology ability through online teaching platform. People can share excellent resource through network , and their learning pattern and time have randomness to some extent. The online teathing platform has great advantage to design the cultivational courses of nomal major students'educational technology ability. On one hand, it can settel the discrepency of regionla decvelopment and standerds in schools, and present the excellent resource to every student. On the other hand ,people vary in the patterns and time of online learning which provides great convenience to students in different region and school to leaen morden educational technology courses.Thirdly, compared with the mainstream network teaching platform, we select the Moodle platform. Moodle platform is a very popular free open source software of low cost, low technology threshold, modular design, and a variety of teaching activities, which are subject to the majority of teachers.Finally, against the insufficent of normal major students'educational technology ability, this article analysises the function of the platform, and designs and develops the cultivating environment with the help of the platform. |
