It unfolds the infinite glamour of information age to us during a few years of its beginning in the 21st century. Speed of knowledge update is accelerated day by day. This status has put forward the new demand to teachers'education and instruction ability. Educational technology is the conquering and breakthrough point of educational reform. Chen Zhili, the former Minister of education called on"teachers of all kinds of schools should follow the paces of scientific and technical development closely, master and use educational technology well to meet the needs of modern education by improving one's quality."The application and research of educational technology have been blooming overnight, teachers'educational technology literacy become the important factor which influences educational reform.However, people have some mistaken ideas in educational technology, and cannot locate educational technology accurately. This causes confusion of instruction. There are some problems in the curriculum goals, content and teaching practice of modern educational technology which has been listed as one of normal colleges'common course. These problems tamper with normal school students'educational technology ability and block the educational reform course. According to the challenge for teachers quality that put forward from basis education reform, the thesis first offers the state of the present status and problems at common curriculum of modern educational technology in normal school, quest for the reasons, point out the necessity of reconfiguration of normal school modern educational technology common curriculum system, and then aim at these reasons, have certain exploration on reconfiguration of modern educational technology common learning system, reorientate the curriculum goals, reconstruct the educational technology common learning based on the guide theories and principles curriculum content arrangement, at last, writer try to put forward five implementation strategy for educational technology common course:1. Strengthen the teachers' educational technology literacy, improve the teacher's professional ability;2. Change the teaching way, enrich behaviors of the class;3. Strengthen the integration of education technology and other disciplines;4. Strengthen educational technology activity lesson;5. Change the appraisal of the common curriculum of educational technology.
