Exploration And Introspection Of Legal Consciousness Of The Contemporary College Student

Of the last century 80S,legal consciousness attracts the attraction of the State Education Commission and Especailly legal consciousness of the University's has been widespread concerned in society. After china's entry into a new century,as putting forward the concerpt of "Rule of Law" as well as the socialist marcket economic system on the curret talent requirements,in the universities,they set up corresponding courses of legal basic knowledge. Through the stduy of legal basic knowledge,enhance the legal consciousness of the collegers. At the mean time,the academic community has also set up the legal consciousness of college students education study. Therefor breaking the blank situation of education of colleger's legal consciousness of our country.National legal consciousness related to the development status and level of development of legal system,restrict the process of democratization and the rule of law of a state. College students is an important part of nation, and also the backbone of social construction of the future. to develop and enhance the legal consciousness of college students does not only being related to the success of students but also closely related to the realization of the basic strategy of "Rule of Law". In China, the education of legal consciousness is experiencing a hysteresis,can not meet the requirement of social development. The formation of this situation is caused by many reasons.In this article, under the guidance of Marxist Theory,from different angles to analysis the reasons of formation of college students legal consciousness's education of our country,pointed out that strengthening the legal conciousness of the need for education of college students and how to develop the legal consciousness of college students,give targeted advice on the contents and problems of legal consciousness of college stdudents' education. Aimed at enhancing legal consciousness of college students and training the compounded talents for the realization of a socialist country ruled by law and a socialist modernization.
