| In the context of the information age,national development requires innovative talents,which requires schools to focus on cultivating students’ creative thinking.The new curriculum standard lists scientific exploration and innovation awareness as one of the core competencies of the chemistry discipline,emphasizing its implementation at the practical level.Through literature review,it was found that the current research on cultivating students’ scientific exploration and innovation awareness literacy mainly focuses on experimental teaching,and there is relatively little research on the teaching mode of cultivating this literacy.The 5E teaching model focuses on exploration and guides students to independently construct knowledge during the exploration process,which is consistent with the cultivation concept of scientific exploration and innovation awareness literacy.Therefore,this paper proposes that it is necessary to use the 5E teaching model to cultivate students’ scientific exploration and innovation awareness.This study reviewed the current research status at home and abroad,clarified the research purpose and significance,and determined the research ideas and methods.Organized the educational and teaching theories applied in the research,defined the core concepts,and analyzed the correlation between the 5E teaching model and scientific exploration and innovation awareness literacy.Through questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews,we aim to understand the weaknesses in cultivating students’ literacy in high school chemistry teaching.Based on the teaching principles that should be followed to develop students’ scientific exploration and innovation awareness literacy by using the 5E teaching model.Design teaching strategies for cultivating scientific exploration and innovation awareness in each link of the 5E teaching mode,and apply the proposed teaching strategies to specific case design and practical processes.The author chose the content of the "Alcohol Phenol" section to design teaching cases and carry out teaching practice.After the practice,the teaching results will be tested through analysis of students’ post test scores and questionnaire analysis.Research has found that the use of 5E teaching mode in teaching can promote the improvement of students’ learning level.The students’ post test results show that the experimental class is better than the control class,and there is a significant difference in students’ grades between the two classes.After the teaching practice,an independent sample t-test was conducted on the students’ questionnaire scores,and the results showed that the 5E teaching model is beneficial for cultivating students’ scientific exploration and innovation awareness and literacy.The application of the 5E teaching mode can stimulate students’ interest in learning and exploration,cultivate their ability to discover and ask questions,and divergent their thinking.Therefore,the reasonable use of the 5E teaching mode to cultivate students’ scientific exploration and innovation awareness and literacy is feasible and practical,and is worth promoting and applying. |
