The students of learning disabilities is always along with education. Therefore, every country in the world develops researches widely. In accordance with the domestic and foreign researches, the ratio of students with learning disabilities is increasing with the elevation of grades.Chemistry is one of the nature science to research the composition and the nature of the substance .However, many high school students think and feel that chemistry is very difficult to learn .In order to adapt the request of the education for all-round development and the request of the new curriculum-reform, in order to cultivate healthy learning in psychological aspect, in order to overcome the learning disabilities, the article uses the questionnaire to investigate the learning condition about the learning disabilities of senior high school Chemistry, and analyzes the major cause of chemistry learning disabilities according to the relevant theory. For Example, self-chemistry, teachers factors, self-students factors, family factors and so on. On account of these analysis, the author put forward the measures to solve these problems. The author chooses two classes and implements a one-year teaching and learning experiments to transit the learning disabilities, and has good effects on learning chemistry study according the analysis of the teaching effects of individual student and the whole students.
