As a development trend of the contemporary culture of the world, culture pluralism has provided opportunities and challenges for all fields of our lives. The development trend of culture pluralism has become increasingly obvious, so the singularity of moral education of the planned economy era is no longer suited to social life changes of today's culture pluralism. This trend has brought a serious of negative effects which couldn't be ignored for the formation and development of students'ideological ethic, and constituted new challenges for the school's moral education and made new demands. This thesis mainly analyzed the relationship between culture pluralism and school's moral education and culture pluralism's influence on students'ideological ethic, then put forward the measures, which school's moral education should take, in the content of culture pluralism and strengthened the timeliness.The text is divided into five parts altogether.The first part describes the proposition of the problem ,the theory and realistic meaning,current study situation at home and abroad,thinking and frame of research, and the research approach.The second part analyzes some basic principles of cultural diversity. It mainly discussed the meaning of culture, which had more than one meaning in the academic community and took the narrow concept on the need of researching. Then it said how to understand the significance of culture's"singularity"and"pluralism"and the distinction between culture pluralism and plural culture, and the manifestation of culture pluralism and its features.The third part elaborates the interaction between culture pluralism and school's moral education. In this section, culture pluralism promoted the reformation and development of school's moral education. It focused on three points. First, it told the conception of moral education's transformation from the type of tool to tame to the type of main to develop. Second, it said the content of moral education's enrichment. Third, it discussed the method of moral education's continuous innovation. On the contrary, school's moral education also promoted the development of culture pluralism.The fourth part discusses culture pluralism's influence on students'ideological ethic. It can make the individual's spirit perfect and intense subject's awareness. However, it also brought some negative impacts which should not be overlooked. Firstly, it resulted in credibility crisis, such as political conviction crisis, the pluralistic concept faith and belief secularism. Secondly, it led to psychological imbalance, and arose confusion and indecision. Thirdly, it degenerated into moral relativism. Fourthly, it appeared moral oddly, such as indifference to sense of social responsibility, deficiency in public morality accomplishment, and inappropriateness to school ethics and improperness for network.The fifth part studies perfunctory measures of school's moral education in the background of culture pluralism. First, establish a democratic and open concept of school's moral education. Second, absorb in the excellent components of the Western moral culture, as well as carry on the traditional moral culture. Third, cultivate selective ability of culture, and promote students'development. In particular, we should bring school's functions in cultural selection into full play, such as cultivate students'ability of critical thinking, and give students the right of choosing independently. Fourth, shift the approach of moral education from solo speaking to dialogue. Dialogue is an effective way of resolving conflicts of value under culture pluralism. It has some special features, such as equality, comprehension, pluralism. The condition of making a dialogue is that teachers and students should treat the other part equally and trust each other during the dialogue. And at the same time, school should foster students'sense of questioning and comply with students'level of moral development.Finally, in the closing part, it refers to the paper's shortage and something that needs to be further explored and perfected.
