Investigation And Analysis The High Level Volleyball Teams Of Universities In North China

Since the high– level sports team was run in colleges in China in 1987, the high– level volleyball teams in Chinese colleges have been developed rapidly. It not only brought development of the sports culture on campus, but also contributed a lot to the revolution of competitive sports in China. Due to the complexity of the development of high– level volleyball team, there must be some difficulties and problems in the process of development. Thus, by taking the high– level college volleyball teams in North China as the research objects and taking survey, documentary, mathematical statistics and logical approach as the research methods, the author aims to analyze the factors that affect the college high– level volleyball teams in North China and also gives some effective advices which can provide some helpful references for the development of the volleyball teams there. The research results show that.Firstly,A university in northern China to implement high-level volleyball teams do not target the ideal, target diverse team to do a single model, the input of funds by the school principal financial allocations, part of the sports teams face a serious problem of insufficient funds.Secondly, imperfect management system, affect the enthusiasm of the coaches coach.Thirdly, college level volleyball players in North China generally comes from high school and amateur sports school, were relatively good, coaches business ability.Fourthly,"contradiction between learning and training" outstanding. Training time is short, the lack of scientific training; learning time can not be guaranteed, not develop good study habits.
