With the development of network technology as well as learning this new way to learn the growing recognition that people will truly enter the "the survival of a network age", Network environment provides a good learning platform for learners, and internet learning has become one of the main forms of lifelong learning. However, in the early stages of learning development, under an absolutely free environment of the network, the learner's learning behavior of occurrence and maintenance can not be sustained, in spite of the learners was given a free ride on the internet, the learning effect cannot guarantee to safeguard. The reason for this is mainly the lack of supports from teaching-learning process design. So an increasing number of scholars call for reinforcement of the network teaching design. But the network learning is surrounded by the knowledge of "application" to "learn" the knowledge, it is a process of continually spiral development, and it also a problem-solving process of the collision of knowledge selection, accumulation, utilize and innovation. Therefore, the goal of instructional design the network located in the learning process of effective can help design and management, it can guarantee to safeguard the learner's achievement of effect result. As the overall planning and guidance for the process of network learning, the network instructional designer plays a key role in the process of network learning. The traditional pure teaching for the transmission of knowledge cannot meet their needs of learning, how to promote the learning and development of learners as well as improve the quality of learning is undoubtedly an urgent issue to be studied and solved for today's instructional designers.Knowledge is the basis of teaching and learning. Different view of knowledge has different understanding towards the problems such as the value, the type and transmission. The conception of teaching, learning and knowledge management is deeply influence on various views of knowledge. Recently, as the core areas of business strategy——knowledge management, and gradually aroused the concern of many scholars in the field of education, and will be applied to the area of education, and to use the concept of organic, methods and techniques to promote the instructional of design and to carry out the teaching program. It makes active effect on guiding the teaching and learning the knowledge. Online learning as the openness of learning environment and the high correlation of knowledge, it brings not only the convenience for learners, but also some unfavorable factors such as Information-mazing and Cognitive load. Therefore, the need for an idea of suitable self-development and theoretical guidance aimed at promoting knowledge learning and reduce the cognitive load. As a new method of knowledge management and techniques, Visualization Knowledge Management (referred to as VKM, the same below.) In the use of graphics to organize knowledge, use the way of visualization to sort out with the inter-relationship of things as a means of presentation to impart knowledge, and to promote the transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge for learners, which will help the learners to deal with the knowledge building, problem solving, and gradually be more accepted by the internet instructional designers, they learn through the introduction of the concepts and techniques of visualization knowledge management, which can help them promote the visual literacy. It has the advantage of integrate the network information resources, and promote effective participation of students in the learning process, it can also improve the learning capacity of the individual. This article select "Visual-based knowledge management learning process design" as a thesis research content and hope for the vast network of teaching reference for designers.Chapter one, a comprehensive analysis of the research status in the theoretical and practical application in the design of network learning process of domestic and foreign. And points out the strengths and weaknesses of the study, puts forward the research problems and the significance of it, identifies the ideas and methods of the research.Chapter two, it systematically discussed the main theoretical basis of the visualization of knowledge management and network design of the learning process. including the view of knowledge management, the knowledge visualization features, methods and techniques, dual coding theory as well as Jonathan's Constructivist Learning Environment Design, and the related basic concepts such as knowledge, knowledge visualization, visualization knowledge management and defines the connotation and extension of the design of network learning process.Chapter three, To combine the research status of the network learning application in our country, from the aspects of visualization knowledge management as well as the network learning process, this paper proposes the design of a network-based learning process and the three principles including the knowledge management as the core, the visualization methods guidance to self-construct knowledge-oriented. It also puts forward four strategies including visual problem representation in order to promote knowledge-based, case analysis in order to promote knowledge in visualization technology, access to resources in order to promote knowledge and combined visual-based, collaborative visual communication in order to promote the socialization of knowledge.Chapter Four, according to the elements and characteristics of the network learning process design, building a network based on VKM learning process design models and patterns of the key elements for elaboration. These key elements including the design of problems, the design of cases, the design of learning resources and the exchange of collaboration tools designs. Based on the proposed design model, with a case of the "computer network connections", the design is based on VKM network learning process.Chapter five, In the section of conclusion, the main contents and innovations of this research is to make an overview, and pointed out that the shortcomings exists in this study and putted forward some prospects.Among them, the core chapters of this paper are the second, third and four. The author systematically analysis of network-based VKM theoretical basis for the learning process, basic concepts, design principles of strategy and design models. VKM-based network design makes the learning process of learners at higher self-learning and its process management more effective, student-centered truly embodies the concept of process-oriented learning. I hope that this research ideas may provides a wider range of instructional designers with a new reference and utilize.
