Research On The Postgraduate Ideological And Political Education: Problem Cause Countermeasures

Postgraduate ideological and political education, which is an important part of postgraduate education, has an irreplaceable role on comprehensive training of the postgraduate students. With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment, there are some phenomena that universities emphasize postgraduate professional education and neglect post-graduate ideological and political education, seriously affecting the overall development of postgraduate students. Therefore, improving postgraduate ideological and political education is an important and urgent task for cultivating high-quality talents, and is a necessary requirement for the reform of ideological and political education in universities.This article, to promote the comprehensive development of postgraduate students, focuses on discussing basic countermeasures of strengthening postgraduate ideological and political education from the perspective of applied research. Therefore, In this article, the theory of post-graduate ideological and political education is illustrated, and the contents and basis of post-graduate ideological and political education are analyzed, and times significance of the improvement of post-graduate ideological and political education is discussed. On this basis, the article analyzes the facing difficulties and the reasons of all elements of current post-graduate ideological and political education. Finally, the article presents its own thinking over the following five aspects, which are respectively theory updating of the post-graduate ideological and political educationers, personnel development of the post-graduate ideological and political education, content expansion of the post-graduate ideological and political education, method innovation of the post-graduate ideological and political education, and environmental optimization of the post-graduate ideological and political education.
