In this study the integrated use of human resources management, psychology, education, management and other disciplines related to knowledge and theory of occupational adaptation level Postgraduate investigation. This paper uses a questionnaire survey, analysis and comparative study a combination of methods, And through the Internet to conduct interviews with graduates of master's students, graduate students a comprehensive understanding of the current status of the occupational adaptation period. And using literature analysis, drawing on relevant theories of occupational adaptation, self-compiled master's students to adapt to the level of occupational questionnaire, the level of professionalism of the Master of empirical research with a view to adapt as quickly as possible for graduate students to work smoothly through the Occupational adaptation period, as well as postgraduate training units to enhance the ability to adapt to post-graduate professional reference. This study concluded that:(1) The master's graduate students through interviews, to conduct open-ended survey questionnaires, and survey data analysis, a series of procedures, we has developed a post-graduate career adaptation questionnaire. Post-graduate career adaptability to adapt to a questionnaire from the vocational skills, interpersonal skills, adapt, adapt to professional recognition, professional and objective measurement of these four dimensions of adaptation to the environment.(2) Chengdu Postgraduate vocational ability to adapt as a whole in the mid to upper level, from the four sub-dimensions to show the adaptability of the mean difference is not large, indicating that the adaptability of different dimension when compared to the average. (3) Chengdu Master the concept of evaluation of occupational adaptation have a certain degree of understanding, but 41% of the students that the understanding of the concept but does not want to go to evaluation. Assessment tools used by professional real students is relatively small.(4) different gender, different professions, whether full-time work experience prior to master's students at all the factors of occupational adaptation, there are different degrees of difference, including gender, professional variables are significant differences.(5) affect the level of Master Professional adaptive capacity factor is multi-faceted individual factors attributed to graduate students (ie, subjective psychology, the job itself and professional environment, not adapting), and school factors.(6) According to the results of the questionnaire data analysis, and drawing on previous research findings, mainly from the individual graduate students and post-graduate training units in these two dimensions of post-graduate career adaptation to enhance the level of recommendations.
