With the rapid development of information technology, the use of multimedia courseware in teaching becomes more and more common. Multimedia courseware is a core element in multimedia teaching. With regard to the meaning of multimedia courseware, people analyze it from a different perspective, the definition, significance and value will be different. In common sense, people always view multimedia courseware as the teaching tool and teaching means, and their understanding of multimedia courseware mostly remains at the technical level. We all know that people's perception, thought and consciousness are based on language, while one of the purposes of teaching is to understand the world. Any understanding is a expression, a statement and ultimately exists in the language. The issue of teaching is the issue of language and teaching based on language is the various forms of language activities. Multimedia courseware, as a function system to transfer knowledge, ideas and cultivate capacity, is designed to accomplish specific learning objectives. The elaboration of problem, the solving of problem, teaching and learning etc. within the multimedia courseware are the language activity and language analysis, or we can say that language analysis is used in all of the above aspects.Therefore, in this paper, using literature and data, qualitative analysis and other research methods, we attempts to use language as a breakthrough point, and regard multimedia courseware as a language system, the organization and expression of its meaning as a language. By applying the method used in language to courseware, we think about multimedia courseware from the perspective of artificial language, and design multimedia courseware from the aspect of linguistics. We hope courseware could become the new teaching methods, beyond the traditional teaching methods in purely natural language. Through the logical analysis of multimedia courseware and addressing the problem that how the multimedia courseware express and describe the world, we ultimately achieve the purpose of uncovering the logical structure of the world.
