To college graduates, obtaining employments is the certain choice to realize self-worth and social values, and it's also an important way to change their destiny and poverty from generation to generation. Getting employment opportunities and enhancing their employment quality are their main ways to squeeze into elites. But under the condition of serious world crisis, college graduates who are vulnerable groups, are too difficult to find suitable jobs, or enhance their employment quality. Difficulties in obtaining employments for graduates has became a serious social problem and has caused great concern from all over the society,and even the whole world, but researches on the factors that affect graduates'job hunting is always a hot topic in academia. Family-background, as an important origin of social capital, whose effects on graduates'employments is still on its preliminary stage, and has not found its whole system, the represents are:It's few research that inducted social capital to study the effect from family-background to graduates'employments; There were few experts inland that researched on graduates'employments from the perspective of family-background, even there were a few, they only did some simple descriptive analysis. There are few experts who analyze injustice in employment for college graduates and the way out. In order to analyze the topic on effects from family-background to graduates'employment roundly and by the numbers. The topic is based on the data from college graduates in five different typical universities, and has chosen the function of social capital from graduates'families to graduates'employments as the point of penetration to do a deep analysis, in order to hold the topic minutely and truly. Firstly, the research bases on the theory of social capital, and it analyzes the effects from family-background to college graduates' employment with the help of theories of social capital that formed by experts from home and abroad; the study is based on the data from this survey, hold the define of social capital by four aspects. These are family economic capital, family organized capital, family cultural capital and family social capital. From these aspects, we can find the differences among different families, and at the same time, we observe employment status from two aspects, these are employment opportunities and employment quality; Secondly, this topic based on descriptive statistics of these basic factors, formed logistic regression model and multiple linear regression model to discuss the intrinsic mechanism between the independent variable and dependent variable; Thirdly, depending on rational analysis, we got the result, and find out the sway between family-backing and graduates'employments. Finally, we give out some results that based on positive analysis, and discuss on the insufficiencies and problems that haven't solved in this paper.Finally, we offered guiding suggestions, there are regulating and perfecting the labor market to strengthen justice, structuring employment service systems to balance the discrepancies from family-background, optimizing policy support systems to guarantee fair and justice in society, both paying attentions to the human resources and social capital in order to strengthen the graduates'main competitive power, remolding direction of public opinion to fight for many-sided supports.
