The implicit learning not only explores a new field for psychology research but also results in a revolution in learning. With the further research of implicit learning in sports fields, sports psychology researchers pay attention to the significance of implicit learning in sports education. At present, the teaching mode in sports eduction "learning by doing" and "deeper explanation and more practice" is the effective utilization of implicit learning. So we should emphasize on the function of implicit learning in the sports teaching.This article targets at the 60 freshmen of Guangxi International Business Vocational College to do the attemptable experimental research of implicit learing applied to the basketball teaching through the literature material principle,experts interview, questionnaire and experiments,mathematical statistics and logistic analysis method. Experimental study focuses on implicit learning and at the same time accompanied by explicit learning teaching mode.In comparative classes, the traditional teaching mode is used. Experimental results show that:1.In the process of teaching basketball,under the gudiance of the traditional teaching mode or the teaching mode which focuses on implicit learning and is accompanied by explicit learning,students gain the basketball rules through both implicit learning and explicit learning. But the teaching mode which focuses on implicit learning and is accompanied by explicit learning can provide students with more implicit learning environment by multimedia dynamic static illustration guidance teaching mode,practice teaching mode and hints teaching mode and further more, it can offer students more chances to do implicit learning when they learn the basketball skills.2. The teaching mode which focuses on implicit learning and is accompanied by explicit learning and the traditional teaching mode is effective in improving the studnets'physical qualification but there is no significant difference between them. 3. The teaching mode which focuses on implicit learning and is accompanied by explicit learning is superior to improve students' basketball skills except for in-site basketball shot, compared with the traditional teaching mode.4. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the teaching mode which focuses on implicit learning and is accompanied by explicit learning can arouse students'subjective initiative, improve students' interest and enhance students'self-confidence and cultivate students'life-long habit of physical exercise.5. In the experimental classe, girls is inferior to boys in physical qualification skills and so on before the experiment. Girls have made greater progress in basketball technical achievements than boys after that. But there is no significant difference. The above reflects the advantages of implicit learning in the learning of complex sports skills.
