| The Teacher's Instructional Material of Preschool Education for the second reformation of preschool education curriculum in Shanghai has been revised from experimental edition to trial edition with more operability, and after using it for a whole term, what will be the perception and attitude of the kindergarten teachers on them? This investigation, by comparing with these two editions and with a questionnaire survey of 240 pieces of sample as well as the interviews of 9 teachers, will try to point out the tendency of the teachers on these two editions.The investigation shows that the major improvement of the Teacher's Instructional Material (trial edition),comparing with the previous experimental edition, is the increase of teaching activity cases, which is appreciated by most of the teachers. Furthermore, the statistics figures out that the kindergarten teachers'tendency in the instructional material has a connection with their titles:Teachers with different titles have obvious different tendencies in selecting instructional materials, while different school grades, education background, experience still are the facts that impact the teachers'preference of the instructional materials, but not that much:Teachers in higher school grade are tend to use trail edition, and so do the teachers with high education background; the teachers with over 10 years experience are inclined to use the experimental edition while the teachers with 6-10 years experience prefer the trail edition. In brief, difference teachers share difference views upon these two editions of instructional materials. Teachers who do not have long and rich experience are tend to use the trail edition, hoping to have more teaching activity cases;while the teaches who have already gained plenty of experience prefer the experimental edition or they do not care if the material could provide teaching activity cases or not. But to most the teachers in Shanghai now, a certain number of teaching activity cases will help them run their teaching methods more efficiently.From the investigation results and with the support of ecological psychology and curriculum theory, the investigator analyzes the revision of the teacher's instructional material from the aspects of the conflict between advanced concept and reality of social culture, teachers' self development, teaching material supply and appraiser, etc, and she also launches a discuss on how do the teachers utilize instructional materials more effectively to bring great achievements in their careers. |
