Physical concept is composed of the basic unit of physical science which is the basis of physical knowledge structure [1]. Therefore, the key of physical education teaching is the physical concept. As for physics teaching in high school, students understand and master the physical concept of direct impact on the physical level of learning results, especially if there is an error in the minds of students in the physical before the concept of the physical impact of learning can not be underestimated. Newton's Law of motion plays an important role in high school, because students have a more pre-Newtonian concept of physical education so that one task is to transform the concept, and help students understand the physics concepts correctly to achieve to change the wrong concept to the right ones in scientific concepts teaching. In this paper, the concept of constructivist theory and change theory serves as a guide, choosing a high a mechanics Newton's laws of motion of the three concepts: "inertia", "the relationship between force and motion," "interaction between the size of the force and object", on these pre-concepts in the concept of research and students of grade one selected two parallel classes as the experimental class and control class, the experimental study, the first detection of students with test questions before the existence of misconceptions, the concept of these errors, conceptual change teaching strategies are used to develop teaching programs, and then apply the pre-test and delay-test after the test and measurement to understand the concept of change in the first degree students. The results show that the first concept design for students of teaching is more effective than traditional concept on promoting change of teaching students. Teaching strategies for pre-conceptual design can not only help students understand and apply the correct physics concepts, but also help improve students analyze and solve problems. In short, in the actual teaching, teachers should grasp the pre-concept of the students and carry out teaching students according to the pre-concept of the design, and then it will make teaching target shift the effectiveness of teaching better and better.
