This paper discussed the history of physics Newton's Laws of Motion, showed the most primitive problems to physics; it combined the new curriculum standards of physics, and analyzed training objectives of the textbook; based on the analysis on questionnaire survey of the status of New Curriculum Reform in Wuhan City and the theory of education, I proposed the instructional design of this chapter of Newton's Laws of Motion.The first chapter described the background and necessity of the research in teaching Newton's laws briefly. The second chapter discussed the history of the development of Newton's laws of motion, which reflects the rigorous spirit in scientific research of physicists.The third chapter discussed the content of Newton's laws of motion which is in the textbook published by People's Education Publishing for high school and methods of teaching.The forth chapter, it is based on the result of the questionnaire survey, analyzed the status of New Curriculum Reform in Wuhan City.The fifth chapter is the focus of this article, to put the theory into use, according to the results of the forth chapter, and to apply theory of teaching to the concrete design for teaching, to design plans for teaching of Newton's laws of motion under the new curriculum. The advantages are:focusing on knowledge generation, and transmitting and showing students the joy of learning, making students learn how to learn and how to do.
