The airsickness is a kind of vestibule plant nerve respond which is more familiar for the pilots, parachutists and bailout athletes in flight. It will produce the bad influence on the flight operation and completion of training subjects, and it is an important reason why the air duty crew and flight personnel are eliminated in the physical training because of their bodies. The rate of persons who stop the flight because of the airsickness can reach 17.3% in the aviation school and 2.6% in the air force's troops. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for the aviation medicine and motion medicine how to improve the stability of vestibule analyzer, coordinate the relation of vestibule and other sense systems, and lowers the airsickness probability. The prevention and cure methods of airsickness are being researched in all countries. It is the active and dependable method recognized to be strict with the vestibule selection and strengthen the vestibule training. However, although the principles and methods of vestibule training were reported, and the vestibule training methods were ever tried out to correct and cure the airsickness, the research on the vestibule training methods hasn't yet internationally become recognized system info.How to improve the vestibule resistance diathesis and not to produce the airsickness phenomenon? The pilots can gradually improve the vestibule resistance diathesis through the flight, but it is uneconomical, and once they stop the flight slightly long, the result acquired fades away easily. The method taking orally a tranquilizer can lower the excitement of central nervous system, lower the sensitivity to the excessively strong vestibule stimulation, and lighten its reaction. But it only has a temporary function, and it also has a side effect. The experiment proves that the best way is to improve the vestibule resistance through the systemic and overall physical training, that is, specialized physical training. According to the physiology characteristics of vestibule organ and our experience, there are a lot of methods to improve the vestibule resistance diathesis availably, and the spin-ladder training is one of main training methods.This treatise makes the analysis and research on the spin-ladder's start and brake skill with the motion biomechanics method, adopts the image analysis technique to shoot the research objects on the spot under the experiment conditions, and parses the kinetics data. Currently, there is hardly the research on the spin-ladder's start and brake skill at home and abroad, and it is still a blank in our country to makes use of the kinetics biomechanics means to make the kinetics biomechanics ration research on the spin-ladder's start and brake skill. The spin-ladder training is the foundation item in the flight personnel's physical training, and the start and brake is the keystone and difficulty in the whole spin-ladder training. It will have the realistic meaning and guiding meaning to makes use of the kinetics biomechanics means to make the analysis and research on the spin-ladder's start and brake skill, unveil its action structure and action regulation, and improve the pilots'scientific training level.
