The Research Of Humanistic Value Orientation About PEP High School Biology Textbooks

A fundamental change reflected in the values curriculum, Namely, the organic integration of science and humanities. In the high school biology textbook on the new curriculum, always embodies the science and humanities breath.Based on the above background, this paper studies is mainly through the following ideas:First, study of the theory.Through the study of a large number of classic literatures, fully understand the results of previous studies, to absorb into their own needs the theory of information, eventually learned: So far, on the textbook value orientation of research production is still very weak in our country, Study subjects, study stages, objects have their limit; in our country, the research of value orientation about high school biology textbooks is at the beginners, Therefore, this studied has important theoretical and practical significance.Second ,text analysis, build up cultural value orientation system of biological subjects. This part is mainly to study the objects based on our PEP three compulsory high school biology textbooks, using the content analysis and frequency analysis to text study, Build up the value system about the history of science categories, image system categories, categories of traditional Chinese culture, famous celebrities categories and STS categories ,Including the five major categories ,32 sub-purpose value system.Last, Empirical research. This section mainly uses a questionnaire survey method and case law on our interviews to survey the high school students, teachers, 500 students from 5 schools in 3 provinces which are Jilin,Liaoning and Guangdong province, for the main research subjects, And, for some first-line high school biology teachers in Jilin Province about some issues to in-depth interviews. Using SPSS13.0 data statistical software for processing, we can see that the overall reliability of the questionnaire as 0.821, the data obtained is very high credibility.By these parts of the study, the paper reached following 6 conclusions finally.(A)Humanistic value orientation of China's biological textbooks, Presentation varied , rich in content and comply with new Curriculum Reform ideas and curriculum objectives(B)Focusing on different cultural values with each modules for PEP high school biology textbooks(C) factors was diversification, for the life sciences comprehend the value of thinking in the history of humanity with our students(D)there are differences about the choice of human values and thinking for PEP high school biology textbooks of Chinese students(E)The ways of seeking humanistic value are convergence basically for our students and biology textbooksAnd make recommendations accordingly:First of all, to know that it improves the significance of humanities attainments ; Second, to enhance teacher awareness of the value of transmission;Third, to emphasis on classroom teaching approach - to put three strategies: survey-based strategy to explore the theme-based teaching strategies, professional spirit and penetration type strategy.
