The Research About The Relationship Between The Learning Burnout And Mental Health Of Engineering/industrial College Students

The concept of learning burnout came from foreign studying of occupational burnout in 70th. Learning Burnout phenomenon reflects the current students'negative learning psychology. Based on foreign and china relevant literature , used the "Burnout Inventory of College Students" which edited by Professor Lian , Fujian Normal University , 420 engineering college students in different profession and different grades were investigated to get the current status of engineering students of study burnout; and there students were done mental health survey and analysis by using SCL-90 scale. The results show that: engineering college students'Learning burnout situation is not very serious, and at a medium level, but it must not be ignored, Engineering College Students Learning Burnout is mainly manifested in misconduct, such as late, leaving early, absence and other serious phenomenon, especially in the misconduct in this dimension scored more than the median. Further analysis showed that the Engineering College Students'study the learning burnout and mental health were significantly related.We hope that this study can reflect the fatigue of Engineering College Students'learning burnout as well as their mental health status and can make correlation analysis. Also can provide the support for changing the students'learning situation, emphasizing on the mental health of college students, increasing students learning outcomes and improving the quality of teaching.
