The famous educator B.A Lyxomjnhckm said:"I believe usually there are lots of conflicts, the source of which is that teachers are not good at communicating with students."After years educational practice and observation, the writer realized there are some problems between teachers and students at present, which lead to some effects for example: Students are afraid of or dislike study, their grades go down and they lost self respect and confidence, etc. Teachers should believe we are able to influence students in the late 1970s, Celano and Melllon spent 4 years doing research on 4300 primary students in England , which proved that teachers and students influence each other, and social communication between teachers and students has big effect on students'grades. After the writer read relative research result, he did some questionair and interviewed to do research on teacher---student communication. First of all the paper talks about the concept about"communication""interpersonal","teacher---student communication". Then through the observation and in vestigation of the barriers to teacher---student communication. Next, the write analyzes the reasons of them. At last, papers light of its own working practices and the results of previous studies made of the relevant strategies and effective teachers and students communication.In this paper, research results show that there is a teacher---student communication barries to reduce the effectiveness of communication. The reasons for the existence of barriers to communication between teachers and students is more complex, because of communication between teachers and students are mostly carried out in the teaching and learning and educating, So a key father in causing inefficient communication between teachers and students in teachers. Based on the students'mind put forward the effectiveness of communication strategies; Active listening; Focus on establishing emotional; Communications with student;Of students responded with high expections; use of non-linguistic symbles to communicate with students; Emphasis on informal interaction with students.
