With China's rapid economic development and social improvement of the living environment, people's consumption levels have been greatly improved, consumer attitudes have also undergone great changes over. Students, as a special consumer group, they have a generally open and ideology, they are out in the way of life, media, popular under the influence of personality, their concept of consumption has undergone profound changes. Overall, the current consumer attitudes of university students have shown a positive and healthy mainstream, but there is also a conspicuous consumption, ahead of consumption, mindless consumption, chasing brand, emotional consumption and other issues.This is not only with the negative effects of social environment is a great relationship, but also with their families, schools, and their relationship with can not be ignored. Xinjiang is located in the motherland's borders, the consumer attitude of university students are also blending the mainland and the world, the consumer attitude of many students also appeared as such, or problems affecting the ideological and political construction of university students.
