| This study mainly uses literature method, logic, law, teaching experiment, interview, mathematical statistics and so on. selected four two carried out to .I selected four classes from the 2008 and 2009 physical education classes to do two round of teaching experiments,which is uesd to explore the motivation theory's application in sports schools track and field technique teaching .The results showed that before and after the experiment students have significant changes towards the emotion of hurdles , cognition, and behavioral tendencies to Hurdle Technology Course. Both the experimental class and contrast class can do a very good job in completing teaching tasks in the aspect of evaluation. The first round of test results in the experimental class slightly higher than the control class, but there is no significant. And in the second round of the experiment, the experimental class performed significantly higher than the control class.Apply the theory of motivation to the track and field technical teaching enable students to achieve the desired level of technology. In addition,it gives students great help in cultivating students' good technical learning attitude and have a great impact on developing good habits of technological learning . Theory of motivation' application in track and field technical teaching provides a good idea to track and field teaching reform and innovation .It not only can promote the teaching of teachers, updating the teaching concepts and teaching methods, further developing and enriching the theory of track and field teaching methods but also can be used in other sports teaching. How to completely and orderly apply motivation theory to physical education needs our continuing efforts. |
