Peer conflict is a form of communication between preschoolers. The correct approach to early childhood peer conflict, should focus on cultivating children's ability to solve peer conflicts, namely, we should help children choose the appropriate method of conflict resolution, and help them build capacities for conflict resolution through experience and learning. At present, the studies on the peer conflict have emerged, but most of these advice is only from a theoretical point of view, and do not provide an effective, practical intervention model to help and guide teachers solve the similar problems. Thus, it is necessary to find an effective intervention model to guide the teachers to help preschoolers enhance their capacity of solving peer conflicts by experimental study. In this study, the effects of ICPS training were tested by means of case study and class study. The results showed that: (1) ICPS training enhanced the scores of the experimental class in the communication and consultation strategies; reduced the scores of the experimental class in escaping, asking for help and forcible attack strategies. (2) ICPS training helped the experimental class well solve conflicts that caused by the objects, space and game. In this two conflict situation, the experimental class increased the scores of communication and consultation strategies; Children still used more forcible attack strategies to solve deliberate provocation of conflict after ICPS training. (3) The effect of ICPS training was better for girls than boys. (4) ICPS training improved children's peer acceptance in the experimental class, but didn't fundamentally change their relationship. (5)Three children reduced their attacks in peer conflict after ICPS training.Three children, trained at different times, got different training results.
