The teacher professional development level is weighs the standard of the teacher quality, is measures the criterion of the education quality, and also is the key to the school development and the education reform. Network technology development has been causing the huge transformation in human society, it influence people on their producing, their lives, their thoughts and their behavior ways immediately, it permeated the education by the astonishing speed in each fields and the links, brought the development turning point and the challenge to the teachers. Network technology development makes the teacher training pattern changed from the traditional pattern to the network training pattern, thus enables organized, planed network teacher training into the important external support and the efficient path of the teacher professional development.Utilizing the methodology of literature analysis, firstly, the paper introduced the present situation of the network teacher training, the teacher professional development, and the basic concept. Secondly, the research carried on the questionnaires randomly towards the teachers who had participated in the network training in Su Zhou. The current statistical situation of their professional development was drawn from the valid data and the conclusions are as follows: network training gives full play to the teacher's subjectivist, which attracts the majority of teachers participate in actively; the teachers transform their ideas to the direction of the specialized quality promotion; network training promote the teachers'specialized knowledge, specialized abilities, and specialized ideas in varying degrees; And highlighted the individual, the dynamic of the teachers. The existing problems are following: short-term training cannot satisfy the teachers'requirements of long-term development; the teachers'cooperation consciousness is not strong, the exchange is not very thorough. Finally, in order to give full play to the network training to promote the teacher professional development, on the perspectives of perfecting the network training system and the teachers'accomplishment, the author has drawn some relevant strategies to promote the teacher professional development, wishes to provided some experiences and suggestions towards the further research of the teacher professional development in network training.
