Professional development of teachers is now a focal point in the field of education,but as a process of development,they are bound by the outside environment.Effective intervention in the external environment combined with the inherent teachers change,will be able to effectively promote the professional development of teachers.Teacher training as an organized and planned external forces,is to promote the professional development of teachers is essential external channels.But in China,there are drawbacks in the teacher training which aims to promote the professional development of teachers.The old training content,the single form of training,the lower quality of teacher training and the training management mechanism is imperfect,has seriously hindered the professional development of teachers.As a promotion platform,how dose the teacher training adapt to meet the pressing demand of teacher,to fulfill the desire for development of teachers or to inspire enthusiasm for the education?This study based on the theory of teacher development phase.How does the teachers on the various stages of development performance on the ability of teachers,working condition and the mental state.Only a study of the teachers themselves can know what is required of teachers and what kind of teacher training they need.The author used interviews and questionnaires in this study.Form the start with the actual situation of teachers to study the development of teachers.Concluded with the theory of teacher professional development phase,but there are still some differences.Because the theory of phase is based on the foreign teachers.It is lead to different national conditions,so the theory of teacher professional development phase can not be used completely sure.As individual teachers for their actual environment is not the same,we need to learn what kind of teacher training they need.And we should think the ways to help them obtain the necessary training to enable them to achieve better development.
