Life is the most precious wealth in this human world,the college life is the beauty period which like the flower of life blooms.However,with the deep transformed of economic system,changed the social structure,adjusted to the pattern of social interests and the changed thoughts happened at present,the university students are in contradictions,bemusements and problems sometimes.By the difficulty of study,living and association,the press of employment and the diversifying guide of values,some students make mistakes of life value and appear phenomenon of ignore the life.In recent years,the university students despises and hurts vital phenomenon happened sometimes,but has not been paid enough attention to.As a result,one of the most pressing task is develop the life education.Life education is to help students know life,respect life and cherish life,to advance the development of life forwardly,positively and healthy and to achieve the meaning of life.Based on the actuality of life education in college and university,this paper begins with the concept of life education and elaborates the necessity,the principle and the content of life education as well as some implementary measures for life education in details.The article is totally divided into five parts:In the first part,the article summarizes the background of research on college students,the aim of the research,the present situation and and the researching-methods of the topic,and so on.In the second part,the article elaborates the connotations of life and life education scientifically,as well as the views on life in China and abroad at all times and all over the world.It established an theoretical foundation for launching life education deeply.In the third part,the article discusses the necessities of carrying out life education in universities.Based on a basic understanding through the example scanning and the investigation to the present situation of college students,the paper searches for the deep-seated reasons from four aspects:the students themselves,family education,school education, and social culture.In the forth part,the article expounds the aim,the main contents and the principles of life education on college students,which theoretically has carried on the construction to the life education on university students.
