The higher vocational technical colleges, which are short for vocational institutions of higher education, are an important part of higher education. An inductive teacher is the teacher who has acquired the National Teacher Qualifications, and already stepped into the educational working post, entered the teacher troop, but he or she was still in the developing period of his or her career, has not achieved maturely and become a expert level teacher. Being convenient to do the research, its working time defined to participate time from 1 to 4 years. Inductive teacher education also called induction program or inductive training. Inductive teacher education refers to provide Inductive teacher with planned systematic continuous support and help to the inductive teacher at least one year time. The goal of Inductive teacher education is to help Inductive teacher to overcome difficulties and questions which one meets in the teaching process, increase the teaching efficiency, reduce the setback feeling, adapt oneself to the teacher role as soon as possible. Inductive teacher education is the second stage of the teacher's continuous education. It is a bridge between the inductive teacher education and inductive training. Inductive teacher position adaptation is the new teacher who enters into the teacher troops, utilizes theoretical knowledge and skills grasped in the university, rapidly adapts to teaching and the new environment and the interpersonal relationship. Realizing a change from a student role to the teacher role, this process is also an important component in the developing process of a teacher's career.This article is based on the teacher's professional development theory and the modern human resources management theory, takes inductive teacher's working behavior as the investigation object, through the questionnaire survey and the theory research, unifies the domestic and foreign teacher professional development and practice analysis, consults related reference material, analysis the questions which inductive teacher consist in the inductive teacher education and the teacher position adaptation. Finally proposing a method to overcome the unadapted, improving inductive teacher's teaching method and having the positive practice guiding meaning.This research divides into four parts. The first part, introduced the questions, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the research goal, the significance and the research thought and the method, and combed the related literature, introduced the research process. The second part, mainly on the inductive teacher's position adaptation and inductive education teacher's field and development stage, including inductive teacher's connotation, the inductive teacher's position adaptation and inductive education teacher's field, the inductive teacher's position adaptation and inductive education teacher's content and the form. The third part, narrated the material collection and the research process, and analysis the result of the inductive teacher's position adaptation and inductive education teacher's research. The fourth part, conclusion and counter measure.According to relation between higher,vocational technical colleges inductive teacher's position adaptation and inductive teacher education analysis investigation and study result, proposed higher vocational technical colleges inductive teacher education educational reform strategy and higher vocational technical colleges inductive teacher professional development management strategy.
