According to the concept of the unity of teachers' education, teachers' education should be an integrative process including continuous phases, pre-service education, inductive education and in-service training. In China, understanding of the importance of induction period and inductive education, has reached a basic consensus in the academic community. However, due to domestic inductive education starting late and developing more slowly, in practice there is no standardized system of inductive education and training system, and biology of secondary school is "wild subject", therefore, the opening of biological teachers' inductive education is not optimistic . In addition, research papers of biological teachers' inductive education are few. From the teacher professional development process, the solution of the biological beginning teachers' confusion and the norm of China's biological beginning teachers' training, biological teachers' inductive education is a crucial phase in education. therefore, it is necessary to investigate current situation of biological teachers' inductive education and analyze countermeasure on the basis of it.The theme of this study is inductive education of biological beginning teachers of secondary school.The methods of this study are use of literature, questionnaires and interview and so on. This study analyze the basic theory, Investigation and counter -measures of current inductive education of biological beginning teachers.On the basis of document summary and arranging of theoretical foundation of biological teachers' inductive education and practical reference of biological teachers' inductive education home and abroad ,this paper carry out the questionnaire survey to the six provinces and one city of East China's 203 biological beginning teachers, and the interview survey to the six biological beginning teachers and the deep interview survey to three biological teachers of Special Grade, a biological teacher of teaching and research and two biological outstanding young teacher, and the countermeasure analysis.The study concluded that: 1. Current situation of biological teachers' inductive education and biological beginning teachers' requirement have asked the gap, the specific: the majority of biological beginning teachers do not clear inductive education programme, the induction training forms and contents are single, actually involved in teaching and research activities are lower than the frequency of their needs, biological beginning teachers lack of the opportunity of early professional further education, the relevant departments of participating in inductive education lack of communication and dialogue. 2. Part of biological beginning teachers have low occupational sense of accomplishment and loyalty.3.Which difficulties biological beginning teachers face highlights in: the organizations of science and technology activities, the guidance of small research projects,the organizations of biological experiments, part of biological beginning teachers have heavy workload.4. Which requirements biological beginning teachers face highlights in:viewing and emulating the teaching of outstanding teachers, watching and listening other teachers the open class, the guidance of science and technology activities, the training of biological experiments, the training of researching into learning and small research projects. The study suggested that: biological teachers' inductive education should follow the standard principles, the principle of coordination and mutual assistance, person -alized principle, the principle of practical experience, the principle of effective -ness.Specific countermeasures: to establish a standard system of biological teachers' inductive training, to determine the content and form of induction training according to the difficulties and professional requirements of biological beginning teachers, to provide personalized guidance and training for different biological beginning teachers, to alleviate workload of part of biological beginning teachers, to establish a standard guidance mechanism of biological supervising teachers,to create more learning opportunities and teaching and research activities for biological beginning teachers, to provide professional development strategy of "ego drive" for biological beginning teachers,to improve the related sector of inductive education to cooperate.
