With the rise of cyber-society, the cyberspace actions gradually become an important part of life, the routine behavior will have the new features.Structuration theory emphasizes that people's behavior have features of the structure rules, while the new rules Internalized to the people have become a new consciousness of practice to guide social actions. Therefore, the approach procedure will be to tell people how to do things, how to comply with the rules. The ethics activities, as a "what to do, what not to do" behavior, effected by the approach procedure significantly.Therefore, this study will focus on the features of routine behavior and immoral internet behavior from structural theory, and study the effect of the tend of their internet behavior to immoral internet behavior. Conclusions show that the tend of internet behavior have the structural features such as instrumentality, creativity, openness, independence and anonymity。Their internet behavior more innovative, open and independent, they more likely involved in improper remarks, internet piracy and poor use, but more rational, they less likely involved in improper use of words and poor use.
