The application and development of network techniques urge the birth of a new way of man's learning practice in information and net age, that is E-learning. In the environment of E-learning, man is the subject of studying, while the objects of his activities are the stream of bits and the chains of numbers, short or long, made up of 0,1 ".People use the digital, symbolic intermediary system to carry out a new kind of learning practical activities which are distinct from traditional learning. The apparent difference lies in the characteristics and various properties of the virtual learning practice. People break the realistic restrictions in traditional learning through the virtual learning practice so as to surmount the reality, construct a new learning world "City of Bit" of freedom and equality, extend and promote man's ability of subjectivity. As a result, human subjectivity gains an unprecedented development. However, while people are enjoying the convenience from E-learning, the development of human subjectivity is also facing extremely serious challenges. Investigation results suggest that the space of E-learning is not an absolute free space, in which people may encounter a new materialization, and be dominated and slaved by the technology created by ourselves, leading to the lost of human subjectivity. In view of this, this dissertation has adopted many research methods, such as documentation method, the rationalistic method, interviewing method, comparative method, to explain the new forms and new features of people in the environment of E-learning, show the current situation of the lost of human subjectivity presented by survey data, then analyze the causes deeply, finally find countermeasures out of the lost. Then, on the one hand, we can make full use of E-learning advantages; on the other hand, by striking balance between E-learning and traditional learning, we shall actively dig ourselves out of the lost and realize the surmounting of human subjectivity in the interactivities between the real practice and the virtual practice.
