Psychological empowerment has become a hot research topic to the scholars. But a lot of studies about psychological empowerment focus on employees, pay little attention to the educational fields. Teachers' psychological empowerment is very important to arouse pedagogic job enthusiasm and improve the quality of teaching. At the same time, school organizational climate is a significant factor influencing teachers' psychological empowerment. Therefore, this paper research on the relation between teachers'psychological empowerment and school organizational climate and analyse their influencing mechanism. Based on this research conclusions, we put forward some rational suggestions to improve the level of teachers' psychological empowerment and the quality of the teaching job.This paper selects 227 primary and middle school teachers in RongCheng City of Shandong Province, testing their psychological empowerment and school organizational climate with questionnaire survey. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The level of teachers'psychological empowerment is moderate and the development of each dimensionality is variant.(2) There are obvious differences in sex, age, proffessional titles and seniority of teachers in psychological empowerment. There is obvious difference in that whether teachers undertake the administrative function in meaning,self-determination,impact dimensionalities and overall psychological empowerment.(3) The development of school organizational climate is at a middle level, should being improved.(4) There is obvious relativity between teachers' psychological empowerment and school organizational climate. The school organizational climate has obvious forecast effect to teachers' psychological empowerment.According to these conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions about constructing favorable school organizational climate in order to improve the level of teachers' psychological empowerment, including managing climate, teaching climata, learning climate and interpersonal climate. The purpose is to motivate teachers'working enthusiasm and increase the level of school management.
