Each school will have its own unique management atmosphere in the process of development.Different management atmosphere will have different effects on teachers' motivation.Good school spirit is rigorous,management of pragmatic and efficient,teachers in the management of atmosphere relationship harmony,spirit is high,and high work efficiency;On the contrary,the bad organization management atmosphere not only affects the teachers' work enthusiasm,but also affects the development of the school.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the benign construction of the schools' organizational management atmosphere in the management process of the school and pay attention to the influence of the schools' organizational management atmosphere on teachers' motivation.Part one,introduction.Contains mainly is proposed,the selected topic significance,the research significance and research ideas and methods,from the perspective of university organization management environment research teachers' incentive problem,and using the related theory to analyze the school atmosphere of organization and management of the importance of teacher incentive.The second part is to study the teachers' motivation in the management atmosphere of school organization.Mainly from the leadership authority,caring,leadership style,sound system and systematic management of five dimensions of different genders,different ages,different disciplines,different titles,the differences between the different positions and different working fixed number of year teacher research,analysis of the differences of teacher incentive.The third part analyzes the problems existing in teachers' motivation.Using SPSS19.0 software for data processing and analysis,which it found in the school organization management atmosphere different dimensions of teacher incentive have varying degrees of significant differences,and in a few leading authority,school leaders,lack of care,leadership style,lack of democracy,individual school system there is a deviation,and a lack of systematic management and so on.The fourth part is to improve the teachers' work enthusiasm.Teachers' motivation should be emphasized not only at the national level,but also in school organization.The management atmosphere of the school organization should pay attention to teachers' incentives: to establish leadership and to improve leadership;Strengthen the leadership concern,pay attention to the emotional stimulation;Improve leadership style and encourage teachers to participate in incentives;Implement the system construction and guarantee the development incentive Thus strengthen management systematize and achieve the goal motivation.The innovation of this paper is that teachers' incentive problem should not only pay attention to the state and society,but also strengthen the management of school organization and through the relevant data analysis found that the school organization management atmosphere motivation play an important role of teachers,the school organization management atmosphere for teachers of different dimensions have significant difference.
