From the world situation, there are competition and cooperation among countries. The development of the country directly determines its position in international competition. So many countries formulate the talent cultivation strategies.Education can cultivate talent, and in education, teachers play a key role. Teachers' job is a combination of knowledge and experience, therefore teacher education requires theoretical education also need practical education. In order to adapt to the future work, the education of pre-service teachers should strengthen the practice education. Focusing on this purpose, this research fulfilled the following tasks:Firstly, propose the theme of the research. Through documentary research and interview, the author knows more about the status of education practice and the ability that teachers need. Then the author proposes the view that we should design education practice mode.Secondly, design the mode of education practice. The thesis designs the mode of education practice, according 4C/ID model. The model design elements in four aspects contains learning task, supportive information, JIT information, part-task practice.Thirdly, design technical elements. The application of education practice mode needs the support of technology. The thesis designed some technical factors. Fourthly, analyze cases. The thesis analyzed some cases about the use of the remote conference system.Finally, proposed the innovation and summed up some areas for improvement.
