Teacher's PCK is a kind of unique knowledge teachers in the teaching activities, possess, PCK itself is indivisible, but from the concept of mathematics teaching, the students understand knowledge, knowledge of mathematics course and mathematics teaching methods and strategies of knowledge (Grossman 1990) and so be understood.Zhejiang Province in this study of a high school teacher high school math teacher, select a novice teacher and a experienced teacher has 17 years of teaching experience, using comparative analysis of questionnaires, teaching comparative analysis of documents, classroom narratives, interviews and other research methods, specifically observed three Lesson: spatial geometry of the visual map, line and plane parallel to the nature and the tilt angle and slope of a straight line. Novice teacher think that rote learning mathematics is necessary, so that the mathematical concept of a direct impact on their teaching emphasized the students the formula law of memory rather than understanding.Novice teacher and experienced teacher in instructional design there are significant differences, and the Shanghai Qingpu Experiment Primary Mathematics Institute in 2007 on the novice and expert teachers, PCK comparative case studies found the same. The novice teacher think that the most important way to improve his PCK is listening to the old teacher's class, communicate with colleagues, because doing so in his daily teaching help is greatest. The experienced teacher believe that the major way to rely mainly on himself to study, to experience, to take the initiative to reflect the attitude is the most important and most like to listen to high-quality classes where they can broaden their horizons, gain a little more.According to research findings, there are some useful suggestions to a novice high school mathematics teacher to improve his PCK:1. To leave more time to see more monographs of mathematics education, improving teaching mathematical concepts and concept of mathematics teaching;2. With the vision to re-learn how to teach mathematics curriculum knowledge, including high school, junior and primary school mathematics knowledge;3. After every class, make a overall reflection on teaching design and classroom teaching in the success and failure to conduct a comprehensive teaching, and communicate with his colleagues.
