PCK is the conversion of content knowledge in the teaching process. PCK make the difference between different groups, reflect the integration of teaching content and pedagogy. It distinguishs the experts and teachers in a different field of knowledge. Therefore, the in-depth study of different teachers in different disciplines PCK for promoting professional development is of great significance for the quality of education. China's system of teacher knowledge is developing, and the researchers didn't pay much attention on to comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. This is precisely what the important factors affect teachers. Therefore, on the junior high school English teacher PCK novice teachers and experts will not only supply a better understanding of the necessary knowledge of middle school English teachers, but also help new teachers to adapt to teaching as soon as possible.This research bases on qualitative research. Plan analysis, classroom observation, interviews and other means are used to collect data on the junior high school English teachers, novice and expert teachers PCK compared and analyzed. The thesis is divided into six parts.First, I introduce the reason why to focus on the questions and its meaning. Second part is the literature review. The novice and expert teachers, PCK and PCK development, and the current situation about research of foreign language teachers. Third, introduce the research methods and ideas. Then I analyze the concept of junior high school English teacher knowledge about teaching, content knowledge, knowledge about students'learning and teaching strategies, describe what the novice and expert teachers'PCK is like. Next, it is the Conclusions and Implications about the pedagogical content knowledge from the novice teachers and expert teachers. Finally, I sum up the problem, and show the direction on this topic.
