Cooperative-learning has been called the most important and successful teaching reform in recent years. "Chinese new curriculum standards" consider of independence, cooperation and exploration ways of learning as the basic idea of the new curriculum. Many high school Chinese front-line teachers attempt to apply cooperative learning groups to implement the concept of new curriculum. But they meet a lot of problems in practice, which makes cooperative learning groups difficult to continue the core of the article is to take effective measures to conduct cooperative learning group in the classroom, so that cooperative learning is used in practice.Group cooperative learning is basic on the teaching objectives designed to guide, usually consisting of 2-6 heterogeneous group learning as the main idea of organization. Panel members have the responsibility, organized interdependence and mutual cooperation as the main features, achieving, academic objectives in the happy, united and positive learning environment and promoting the formation of a good psychological quality and social skills in an educational philosophy and teaching style. This article combines theory and practice, following the principles and uses literature search, questionnaire, interview, observation action research methods, especially through the philological mood to carry out the cooperative learning groups, at the same time to achieve effect and research. This study focuses on effective languages learning strategies. It uses effective team-building effective design, effective control and effective evaluation to enable the panel cooperative learning more effective. The implementation of strategy helps students learn better and strengthen their relationship, then improve their interest and academic performance. This article is based on group dynamics theory, choice theory, motivation theory, development theory and cognitive theory. Under the guidance of experts according to their own teaching practice and teaching case illustrates supply effective strategies with the front-line teachers.The opening phrase of the guide lists the confusion in cooperative learning groups.
