Cooperative learning is modernize developing teaching strategies, it breaks traditional teaching situation where teachers monopolize classroom and emphasizes that classroom is not only teachers and students' face- to- face interation, but also each student helping each other. Cooperative groups can supply broad sky where it trains students' cooperative spirit.So cooperative and creative spirit are important rhythm of teaching all over the world in 21st centrury.In recent years,although primary school classroom teaching about Chinese has greatly been improved,many problems still exist in it. Some surveys show the behavior characters of students' the cooperative groups learning and teachers' teaching by asking.Concluding the problems that exist,then we use the behavior study method to study the classroom teaching and draw a conclusion about the strategies using cooperative groups learning to improve the classroom teaching.As follows:At first,groups dividing reasonably can realilze the equality in class.Next,organizing the classroom practice very carefully is to train their cooperative skills.And then,methods guiding can grasp the cooperative opportunity.At last,teaching tests are to motivate cooperative and creative spirits. After doing some experiments and research for one year, teachers build some new ideas in teaching skill and motivate students' learning activety.finally their individuality has been developed greatly.
