Reconstruction Of Educational Research Management System In Primary And Secondary Schools

Currently, to most teachers and administrators, educational research is no longer a strange word. The educational research activities of many schools have carried out in full swing and the educational administration department has carried out different indicators to evaluate the achievement of the researches. However, the effect of educational research hasn't reached the expected goal, after much time, energy and resources have been spent. What's the worse, educational research has become the tool to gain the honor and to help teachers to get the title.Through theoretical study and practical investigation, in this paper, I try to understand the current situation of school educational research and its management of KuanCheng District in ChangChun and analyze the problems and system origins. In the meanwhile, I try to reconstruct the educational research management system. In the course of study, I do survey research on educational research, educational research management and its system of nine schools in KuanCheng district by questionnaire and school administrators and teachers by some interviews.Some discordant factors exist in educational research and its management, such as, lack of the ability to identify problems, deviation of the understanding to educational research and so on. Through theses surface problems, the system causes are revealed in this paper. They include educational research management system are work-oriented, needs of school oriented and lack of the participation of teachers during the construction.According to these problems, I try to reconstruct the educational research management system and put forward five new systems. They are research workload offsetting system, research mentoring system, school-level topics tendering system, effectiveness of the achievements diagnosing system and the achievement conversing to school-based training system. We aim to improve the existing educational research management and promote the research capability of teachers and the level of school research.
