For a period of time, the new effective teaching is put forward that high school education has been improved in many ways, but the high school Chinese classroom teaching of high input and low output still prominent. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of Chinese teaching classroom observation of No.1 Middle School,Liling and aiming at the disadvantages of Chinese teaching in the application of classroom observations,this paper will explore the countermeasures of classroom observation in the Chinese teaching, in order to improve the efficiency of the language classroom.The full text is divided into five parts. The introduction part states the connotation of classroom observation, including the concept and type of classroom observation. At the same time this paper expounds the significance of classroom observation, and introduces the domestic and foreign related research about "classroom observation", pointing out the research direction.The body of the first chapter from a questionnaire for students and teachers,gets to know the situation of students’ Chinese study and the present situation of classroom observation and provide important basis for further analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of classroom observation application. The second chapter points out the advantages and disadvantages of application of classroom observation in No.1 Middle School,Liling Chinese teaching.The paper mainly discusses the problems and reasons existing in the application process. The main reasons are the limitations of classroom observation itself and school and teachers’ improper behavior in the process of classroom observation. Problems put forward in this chapter indicate directions for the next chapter. Based on the problems, the third chapter comes up with solving strategies in the process of application. This part puts forward the corresponding strategies based on improving the efficiency of the language classroom, No.1 Middle School,Liling teaching practice and the author’s thought, from the perspective of schools and teachers. Chapter 4 is the cases of No.1 Middle School,Liling Chinese teaching classroom observation and the classroom observation of teacher He Mingxing who teaches Sheng Sheng Man.
