Virtual Instructional Research(VIR) is an essential way for teachers to improve their profession on the Internet. The analyses of the factors which affect the efficiency of the VIR can be used to predict the activity of the teachers in the virtual Program and make the program with higher effectiveness. The core of the thesis is to post the factors which affect the attitude towards the VIR from Virtual and realistic environments. The research carries into execution under the Model of the Net-Acceptance and the Model is modified by the data from the investigative paper and the visitation by E-mail.The thesis will reveal the relationship between four factors:The types of the Thinking Style, the Satisfaction of the Virtual Community,Motivation,Subject Norms, together with the activity of the VIR. The conclusion is drew by SPSS13.0,Amos7.0 and Excel2003 that the former three factors can predict the later one effectively which is discussed in Chapter VI.The following conclusion is detected under the basement of the former analysis.1. Teachers pose quite different virtual actions according to different diploma, schoolyear or scale of qualification.2. Subject norms is the most important factor affecting the Virtual behaviour and schools can take advantage of Public Opinion for pursuing more effective VIR.3. Satisfaction consists four focus to building a excellent Virtual Space:Technical Framework,Project Activity,Notification Service and Incentive mechanism which are god measures as well as requirements for better VIR in the near future.4. Motivation may make weak direct prediction on the virtual action, while it affects the Santisfactional factors of the Virtual community prominently,by which it can be a better predictor.5. Thinking Style may make good predication on the virtual action. The conclusion is not only useful for resulting in higher performance of the VIR but also guidance for the directors to improve the management of the Virtual community and evaluate the the work of teachers as well.
