| Along with the arrival of information age of education, teachers must master certain capability of informationized Instructional design to adapt to the social development. The normal school students education is the outset stage of the capacity of informationized Instructional Design, which is the key link. Therefore, training on the capacity of informationized Instructional Design for normal university students is an important way to meet the teaching requirements in information era and to enhance the teacher's information accomplishment. However, through observation and research I found that the training and development of informationized Instructional Design of nomal university students is facing great problems, the most prominent of which is that the theoretical knowledge is out of linking with the practical knowledge in the traditional approaches to education. Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) using the learning concept of "learning by doing" and the idea of performance supporting, provides the required information, software, guidance, advice, help, etc., which makes it possible to inhance work performance with minimal supports and interventions. Not only can it help learners integrate theory with practice, but also it improves the advanced abilities,such as problem analysis, reflection. Moreover, it offers supports on informationized Instructional design training for nomal university students in their ideas and functions. Based on this, this research constructs a training model of informationized Instructional design for nomal university students based on EPSS by analysis its function after the survey in the status and problems of informationized Instructional Design training for nomal university students.In addition, it attempts to build a skill training system of informationized Instructional design for nomal university students upon EPSS under the guidance of it.This article consists of seven chapters, and the first chapter is the research reason which mainly introduces the research background of the paper, the research status around the world, the research purposes and significance, as well as the ideas and methods of the study. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the paper, defineing the concepts involved, commenting to the instructional design and thecapacity of informationized instructional design. The third chapter is the reality basis,which summarizes problems and difficulties of informationized Instructional Design of nomal university students after carrying out the investigation and the interview on the current situation of the informationized Instructional Design training for nomal university students as well as carrying on statistics and analysis of the data.Upon the problems in the previous chapter,the fourth chapter explores the feasibility of EPSS on the informationized Instructional Design training of nomal university and constructs the theoretical model for it. The fifth chapter is the platform design and build, designing the skill cultivation system of informationized Instructional design of nomal university based on EPSS, realizing and demonstrating the functional module of the platform. The sixth chapter is about the experimental application of the platform, investigating and collecting the the feedback to the platform, confirming the effectiveness of it. The seventh chapter is the summary of the constructed model, the platform designed and the entire paper,besides, it puts forward the further research work. |
