Over the past 20 years, teenagers'physique declined,enhance their physique and strength the physical fitness work is extremely urgent. physical Education teachers play a decisive role in the school physical education, enhance P. E.faculty building and improving the P. E. teacher'quality an important aspect of improve the quality of school education. the goal of P. E. teacher'further education is to develop an adaptable primary and secondary P.E. teachers on sports and health of the new curriculum. traditional sports school is an important part of overall development to promote the work of school physical education. continuously improve the operational capacity of the P. E. teachers in traditional events schools, we should change their ideas and enhance the professional skills to improve their overall quality.to implement the spirit of the NO.7 document, the State General Administration of Sport and Ministry of Education decided start the National Traditional event Sports school teacher training from 2008.In this paper, literature,questionaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research tools and methods,with the characteristics and laws of P.E.teachers'further education and the traditional sports teachers, this article is about the status quo and effect studies of one type of the National Traditional sports School teachers'training. And we obtained the following results:(1) The number of male teachers is more than females';age structure was younger;the quantity of university or tertiary level education is the most;the high school teachers is the highest proportion;their major is concentrate in track and field,basketball,football and other mainstream professional;most of them are physical education graduate;they got a lower level in English and their computer of a good standard;they should strength their level of scientific research and referees.(2) Most of them believe that P. E.teachers to participate in further education is necessary,"the improvement of education and teaching skills"is the main content of further education;the most wanted to accept"special skills"learning;the wordload is the greatest difficulty to participate further education for the teachers.(3) The participate was satisfied with the titles and teaching methods of the training teachers, and they wanted to see high level training methods;and a small number of the training teachers'modern technology should be improved.(4) Most of the participate was content with the curriculum content and form of teachers;They got a great harvest in teaching philosoghy,professional theoretical knowledge,specific techniques,teaching methods and training methods. A small amount of course content was not focused enough and affect the enthusiasm of P. E. teachers. Part of the technical course content is not practical enough and neglect the capability cultivation of P. E.teachers;Using a single evaluation method lack of scientific(5) The schedule of this training was appropriately; However, the training time should be arranged according to the season,curriculum volume as well as the physical condition of the teachers.The best training time is winter and summer vacations and the usual spare time.(6) Accommodation and food condition are less than satisfactory.
