As the economic globalization's acceleration, foreign financial enterprise has landed in China market, the international economic, financial and competitive race for talent will also be more intense. As the world economy and global economic core of modern financial enterprises have gradually to the height of knowledge transformation, human resource has become a modern financial resources exceed capital reform, development of primary resources. The financial competition JiLieXing complexity and inevitable requirement of finance professionals with relatively high quality personnel.Based on theory and practice, in domestic and overseas training theory as a foundation, with Z bank S branch training management system as the research object, the training of S branch is analyzed, and finds out the existing main problems. In the study, training model summarizes the principle, design of training system and organization training mode, put forward the bank staff training system for the whole building, training needs analysis, training plan and implement training effectiveness evaluation and puts forward the author himself to the introduction, hoping to bank staff training system construct theoretical reference. On this basis, the paper put forward views on knowledge structure, combined with the bank and the personnel distribution characteristics, and further make full use of the Internet technology, establishing and perfecting E - Learning training system, employee training management information.
